So anyway, we have made an offer and we are back and forth negotiating with the sellers to hopefully get the best price we can. And as of right now it's pretty much a waiting game - I'm just hoping we can make a deal and close by mid April. Oh my gosh I am sooooo excited and sooooo nervous!This could be such a GREAT great thing for Brian and I.
We have been shopping online and browsing for all the things we want to do and want to get. We found the hard wood floors, and a new couch, and new cabinets and counter tops, etc!!! What we are going to do IF we get the place is just to take it one step at a time and focus on one room then move on to the next.
I do have some photos I'll post later this week but to be honest the phots do not even do it justice! It looks soooo much nicer in person and besides we are going to redo the whole place.. Bye bye carpet and old kitchen HELLO gorgeous pad haha!!
So..... Say a prayer that things work out and we get this place. I just have such a good, no GREAT feeling about it. I've already started this new year off with an amazing new job what better way to continue the year with my 1st condo. I just have such a great feeling that this is going to be a wonderful year for me - for both Brian and I!!
I will keep you posted and update you with any news I get from my Broker. This week I was so crazy back and forth with appointments and meetings! But I'm back baby!! ready to post and comment! I missed out on my Blogging outlet this week. It truly does keep me sane!!!
