So... Here are the questions she asked me:

1) What made you start a blog?

I started a blog because one of my best girl friends Danielle started her own blog, New Mommy Rant. She was having so much fun with it and it really seemed like a great way to conenct with people and make friends. It also seemed like a great way to relieve stress and thoughts and feelings. I am sooo glad I did! I lvoe my blog and all of my readers.. Not to mention the great friends I have made!

2) If you were in a deserted island and could only bring one person with you, who would that be? (you can pick someone you do or do not know)

If I was stranded on a desert island and could only bring one person it would be Brian. Brian is my best friend so having him on the island with me I know that I would never stop laughing, never stop smiling, never stop feeling loved and cared for. With him with me I always feel safe and secure. Besides he is someone I would never want to be without!

3) If you were only allowed to read ONE more book before you died, which book would you pick?

Probably book number 2 in the Twilight series since that is what I am reading right now!

4) If you could go back in time and re-do something in your life, what would that be?

I don't think I would re-do anything in my life. I truly feel that the experiences I have gone through made me the person i am today! But if I had to pick one thing I'd probably would have given my Dad a hug the last time I saw him instead of just saying goodbye.

Little did I know that was the last time I would ever see him.

5) What would you tell your 10 year old self if you saw her sitting in front of you right now?

This is a tough one! But I'd probably remind myself to slow down and enjoy being a child. When you are little you are in such a rush to grow up and then when you're grown up you wish you could get those innocent moments back and hide from all of the scary resposiblities that comes along with being an adult... So that's what I would tell myself.....

Not Me Monday

I thought it would be fun to play along this week!!!

~I definately didn't not cook Brian dinner on saturday after he worked all day and I had off..What kind of a girlfriend would I be, I would never do that!

~And I didn't make him serve me the takeout after he worked all day! I would never do that!

~I did not ignore cleaning the bathroom after I said I was going to! I would never not clean our bathroom after I said I would.

~I did not say I hate going to work, not me!

~I did not give the finger to the girl that cut me off while I was driving yesterday; I would never give anyone the finger!

~I did not hide from someone I knew while I was in Barnes & Noble because I didn't want to get caught up in a converstation! I would never hide from someone I knew, not me!

I was soooo busy this weekend I had NO time to Blog at all - no wonder why I'm stressed, LOL...

No but, my weekend was great! Brian and I had an awesome visit with Danielle, Pete, and the wonderful, adorable Eliza. I will tell you one thing, being around Eliza makes me feel sooo good! I love visiting them - that family sure does make me smile!

My First Time

I thought it would be fun to take a ride down memory lane. And this is what i came up with:


I first walked at 13 months.


My first real kiss was outside of the movie theater in this beautiful park. Too bad it was a slobery kiss... eewww... grosss...


My first real break-up was with this kid Kevin.. I just thought he wasn't cute anymore...

My first trip out of the country was to the Spain, I was 14.


The first time I moved was when I was 2 months old.


My first love was Giovanni, my high school boyfriend that I dated for 4 years. Or at least I thought it was love. It's not the same feeling that I have now for Brian though... This feeling is more of a 1st love, true love feeling.. Brian is my real 1st love! I thought Giovanni was my 1st love until I felt what real love was like...

My first pet was a car named Inky.. He lived for 19 years and slept on my bed every single night until i left for college...

The first time I went to a strip club was in high school!

My first job was as a lifeguard at the age of 15.


My first experience with death was that of an aquaintance in high school. She had been drinking underage and got hit by a car on the Garden State Parkway after fighting with her father... It was really sad and very shocking!

2. What was your happiest moment when you were a child? Cutting down a Christams tree every year.. We would go to the outrageous Pine Tree Farm and they would have reindeer, Santa, totally decked out for ChristmasI would remember after a freezing cold day going to get Hot Chocolate with marshmellows in it and seeing a whole roasted pig turning round and round on the open fire..
3. Where is the place you want to go to the most? Hands down - California and Hawaii.. If I had a reason to move to Cali I would!

1. I LOVE to cook - it's probably one of my greatest passions. I wish I had a big house so I could have dinner parties all of the time! I always wanted to go to culinary school to become a chef!

3. Brian - ofcourse! Gotta throw some love towards the BF!!

I got this following Meme from Karen!

1. What was the last movie you saw? There Will Be Blood. Was it good? It was a great movie. What made it good? The acting and the story line. It isn't typically my kind of movie, but I really enjoyed it! What made it bad?I thought it was a little long, but it wasn't bad! What could have been better? I would have done somevthings different; story wise - but I can't say what cause it would ruin the movie! Why did you choose this particular movie? Brian really wanted to see it - I'm glad he did cause it was good! It came through Netflix. Would you recommend it to a friend? Yes!! To your mom? I don't think it's her kind of flick! To your significant other? He recommended it to me!

2. What three words do you think of when someone says ‘Saturday’? Sleep in late

3. Do you tan? Yes, I love to get a good tan, especially in the summer. If so, how many hours a week do you tan? No set particular # of hours. Whenever I can get to the beach, pool, or ocassionally the tanning salon. If you don’t tan, why not? Do you tan easily? Yes I tan pretty easily.. My 1st time in the sun I usually burn a little bit, then I tan great after the 1st initial time in the sun! Do you burn easily? Not really! Tell us about the worst burn you’ve ever had. I don't remember ever getting a really bad burn! GREAT, I probably jinxed myself. How many hours, in the summer, would you say you spend in the sun? It depends on my work week... And what I have going on during the weekends.. But I do spend about 2 hours a day in the sun at work when I take the kids outside.What sort of sunscreen do you use? Anything with a good waterproof SPF!!

4. If you had to wear a sign around your neck all day today, what would your sign say? Please don't make me go to work tomorrow!

This is a High School Meme that I got from Melanie over at Livin'With Me! FYI - I went to an All Girls Catholic High School. And yes, I LOVED it.. If I had to do it again I would!!

Who were your seatmates?
We got to pick where we wanted to sit - so I sat with all of my friends!

What was your first class?
My school was on a rotating schedule so ever day it changed!

Made friends to the lower years?
Yes - I had friends that were younger then me, but mainly my best friends were in my grade!

How was your class schedule?
I had a great schedule. I had a free period after lunch which was awesome because I had a nice long break to relax in the Senior Lounge. And I also had last period free... Now it doesn't get better then that!!

Made any enemies?
Nope - I was a nice girl!

Who was your favorite teacher(s)???
My favorite teacher was Mr. Dalton, my Women's History teacher .. I loved him - he made learning fun!!

What sport did you play?
I played Field Hockey my Freshman through Senior Year, Senior Year I was the Captain of my team. Freshman & Sophomore Year I swam.

Were you a party animal?
Yes, I was a party animal during High School. I went out every weekend; Friday & Saturday Nights... I lived it up!

Yes, I was well known in High School... I was very involved with Field Hockey & we had an awesome team which helped!

SKIP CLASSES?
Hell Yeah!! I know it sounds funny coming from a present day teacher.. But I skipped classes when it wasn't Field Hockey Season. My friends and I used to call ourselves out of school, meet at the diner, and have breakfast.

Did you get suspended/expelled?
NOPE!! Never suspended or expelled.. I did get detention Senior Year with all of my friends.. But it happened to be moderated by our Favorite teacher - all we did was talk the whole time!

Can you sing the alma mater?
Sadly to say yes!!

What was your favorite subject?
I really liked Physics & History!!

Did you go to the dances?
Yeah, I went to all the dances, formals, & Proms.

Where did you go most often during breaks?
We had a Senior Lounge to hang out in. But after school the girls on the Field Hockey team would go down the hill to Roy Rogers get something to eat and smoke cigarettes.. LOL... I guess it was a high school thing!!

What did you do on the last day of school?
I can't remember!!

What a great trip down memory lane!! I miss high school where the only worry was what to wear and what party to go to...

I can hardly believe that June 2008 will be 10 Years since I graduated and that My 10 year class reunion is coming up - Geezzzzz... I feel old...

I grabbed a book that Danielle from New Mommy Rant let me borrow; Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman & Kim Barnouin. "It is a no-nonsense, tough-love guide for savvy girls who want to stop eating crap and start looking fabulous."

1. I hate eggs, I've never eaten one! Seriously, NEVER!! I used to cry and scream when my mom fed them to my older brother when we were little. I used to gag at the site and smell of them.

2. I love Old Horror movies - like the real corny ones. My favorite's are "When a Stranger Calls" & When a Stranger Calls Back." (the originals) I also love the all of the Friday the 13th movies, too!

3. My first car was a 92 SC2, it was purple. My second car was a 2000 Black Ford Explorer XLT- Fully Loaded. Now, I drive a Red 2007 Honda Civic EX with Navigation.

4. My favorite show ever was Beverly Hills 90210 - I still watch the repeats every day - I LOVE Kelly Taylor!! When Jennie Garth was on DWTS (Dancing with The Stars) I made all of my family and friends vote for her - I literally harrased them every time the show was on and she danced..

5. In High School I played Field Hockey. I was the Captain of my team Senior Year. My number was 5 and my position was Center Half.

6. I met my boyfriend at the Bar/Restuarant he used to own. I was a bartender there - and though he made an aggreement with his brother not to date any of the workers - It's almost 7 years later, we are still together and his brother is still mad!
