The Hardest Thing

Every now and then, in life, we need to do things we don't like to do. And today I need to do something that I really, really am not going to like to do! But I know I have to.I have so many mixed emotions.. Happiness, saddness,eager, anxious.. You name it - I'm feeling it.
I know I have been a little secretive the past 2 months or so but this week everything will all come out! It's really nothing bad so don't worry... Some of you may even say not to be stressed. But we all cope with things in a different manner....
Maybe you can give me some guidance. How do you cope with extreme stress? Have you ever had to do something that was really difficult for you?
I'm too stressed to write... I'll be back later and let you know

just know that things happen for a reason. when I'm super stressed out I always try to step back and look at other moments in my life when I've been stressed and worried and see that I survived those moments and they made me a stronger person.

Hope you get better soon with your stress issue. Sometimes its good to let things out thats been build up inside you for so long. When you do let it out, you feel ten times better! I always hold things back & keep stuff build up inside of me (which isn't good), but when I let it out, man ya better watch out,lol! Hope you have a Great day, & try not to be so stressed!

I deal w/stress w/time by myself. I take the day off and just do what I need to do to decompress. Whether it's a relaxing day sittin in a coffee house reading, strolling around the city for a walk or a day at the spa. I love days at the spa. That always helps me. If all else fails: AMARETTO SOURS! They work like a charm.

Writing always helps
me cope with my stressful
life. Making fun and silly
lists or something.
Or just putting everything
down...picking up a good
book and getting lost in

The stress WILL go away.

With me, I like to write when I'm stressed. Or listen to music loud or play the guitar or do something to take my mind off it. I don't do well when super stressed. ;)

I'm sorry you are going through a tough time right now. I am not good with stress so I am probably not one to give advice. I usually cry, yell, or eat way too much! So maybe do the opposite of that :) I hope whatever it is works out well for you! I'm thinking of you!

i usually talk it out with friends, or sit back relax and listen to some music, that always seems to help. hope everything is okay.

Big but very exciting news for you today I see!!!

I usually deal with stress by asking myself if I can control what is happening or not. If I can't control it, I think about the worst possible thing that could happen and accept it...then the stress usually lessens..

Everyone handles stress differently. I seem to handle each stress situation. I hope whatever it is you are able to share soon so that we are able to support you. You are a strong person so I am sure you will be just fine when all things are said and done!
